The networkDU lists how we take care of your personal information when you use networkDU community, including information provided by you. In addition, the following also describes our terms and conditions that are specific to community.
Personal information
As a networkDU member, you can create a profile, group, blog and exchange messages. These activity includes personal information, such as your gender, age, occupation, hobbies, and interests, plus other content, such as photos, videos and music. This information may be observed and viewed by other networkDU members. You can restrict these views owing to our mission which says “whom to associate with and under what circumstances”
When you invite new members into your network or send messages through networkDU, we collect and maintain information associated with those messages, including email addresses and content.When you send and receive SMS messages to or from the networkDU website, we collect and maintain information associated with those messages, such as the phone number, the wireless carrier associated with the phone number, the content of the message, and the date and time of the transaction.
networkDU maintains and processes your personal information and content of your communications as per the need and described in he privacy policy. Information from your profile is displayed according to the preferences you set as under what circumstance you want to connect to others on the network.
When you send messages through networkDU, your name and email address will be identified in the message. We might use your name and email address to notify you of any future events on network concerning or of interest to you like new members, messages, or other information, such as invitations to join friends' networks.
networkDU might open gates for third-party developers to upload applications to the networkDU application directory. You may choose to use that application by adding it to your profile. If you add an application to your profile, the application may collect information from your profile or other information about your activities on networkDU, and share that information with others.
While using the other services like “Bazar” and Job listings the validating the information provided by the user is limited to user. networkDU however will keep a tab and might block the user if any case of fraudulent behavior is detected.
The information, knowledge that you share using public forums; blogs are left for others to use. Content on the site is however moderated by the user and by networkDU staffs. The user has the right to use the content in their own interest author must be aware of this fact before publishing.
networkDU reserves the right that in the case of content found inappropriate, it might be removed from the site immediately without the authors consent.
Associate with and under what circumstances
networkDU provides a number of tools to restrict who can view your profile and other personal information. Your privacy is in totally under your control. You can choose to make it as private as you wish, where no one other than you can see your information. Your feedback on the same is highly solicited.
One can renew his/her profile information at any time by clicking on the "edit" button in your profile/account setting.
